Reiki Level I : The Biofield &amp; YouReiki is a simple but powerful healing technique that replenishes and rebalances physical energy, health and inner harmony. Learning Level One Reiki allows you to use this nourishing energy to help yourself and others maintain higher level of balance and health. In a daylong class, the morning is devoted to understanding biofield energy, the principles of Reiki and its history, and how the hand positions impact certain organs, body parts and illness. You receive an attunement that allows reiki to flow naturally from your hands to yourself, other people, animals, and plants. The afternoon is devoted to learning the hand positions and treating yourself as well as the hand positions for treating others. You will practice giving and receiving treatments with classmates so that your are confident as a reiki healer by the end of the day.

Reiki Level II: The PractitionerReiki Level II allows you to give four times the amount of Reiki energy as level 1. Level II gives you additional tools and techniques for deep healing at a subconscious and emotional level, including depression, addictions, and negative emotional patterns in yourself and others. It greatly enhanced intuition and allows you to operate more fully from that level on a day to day basis. Reiki Level II trains you in absent healing, so you can send Reiki to help friends and family at a distance with the same strength of giving a hands on treatment. Level II prepares the student to be a practitioner offer reiki to paying clients. The class will give you access to professional reiki associations, insurance, etc.*Preparing For Reiki Training: Because we will be working at deep energy levels, purifying the body as much as possible before class will help achieve powerful results and help your body adjust to the energy shift even more.

Celebrity Wellness Expert Iman Ali is Reiki Master Teacher &amp; Healer with over two decades of practice in the space of wellness. Launching environmental, financial, emotional and social wellness campaigns for some of the biggest names in entertainment like Snoop Dogg, Kanye West and Russell Simmons Iman has worked to bring wellness to communities across the country. Now nestled here in the Golden Isles, IMAN brings her experience as Research Assistant at The Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern for The Osher Center for Integrative Medicine where she studied the impact of reiki, meditation, massage, and other modalities on Oncology patients. As a Certified Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, founded by fashion icon Donna Karan + Yoga Guru Rodney Yee, IMAN addresses PAIN, ANXIETY, INSOMNIA, NAUSEA AND CONSTIPATION using reiki, aromatherapy, mindfulness meditation, restorative yoga to help bring the mind body and soul back to a state of balance, From the University of Mississippi's Medical Center to Illinois Masonic Advocate Cancer and Infusion Center, IMAN has helped health care providers and patients find balance through reiki and other eastern modalities.She's excited to collaborate with nature's best healer - the Forest.
