One of the unmaximized potentials of Oyo state is the uncoordinated technology-based Startup activities in the state, especially in Ibadan. This is an issue Mr Governor had identified and mentioned at some point in hope to address. We have also identified a need for this problem to be addressed by providing a stage for start-ups engineering the future to network and connect them to the world’s most influential companies, investors, and media. 

The IBADAN STARTUP FESTIVAL 2022 is designed to bring industry stakeholders together to discuss and brainstorm on the evolution of the Internet and the emergence of Startup and governance in Ibadan, its relevance, and implications in today's global, African, and Nigerian economy. The event will be attended by high-level experts from the corporate and public sectors, decision, and key policy makers, as well as professionals in Fintech, Banking, Judiciary, and Law Enforcement Agencies.

Leveraging our extensive relationships our vision is to bring together key stakeholders from across the African start-up ecosystem and beyond. Bringing together the brightest minds to ignite new ideas and inspire the industry to think differently.

Anticipated Outcomes
•	Connection of viable Start-up businesses identified through pitch competition to investors from across the Globe.
•	Knowledge and capacity building for Start-up Entrepreneurs 
•	Drive financial: inclusion, literacy, and independence
•	Help the underserved such as youth, women and SMB’s Cutting-edge innovation
•	Pitch battle competition amongst early-stage startups to identify ventures with high prospect
•	Build a community of start-ups and disruptive technology startup entrepreneurs
