Yoga In Color is a safe space for Black, Indigenous and women &amp; men of color to breathe, move &amp; heal together in solidarity. Participants connect &amp; become empowered while in the presence of others who look like and share similar cultural experiences to themselves.This sacred space includes slow, mindful movement, breath-work and closes with a sharing circle &amp; mini tea ceremony to encourage vulnerability &amp; community building.*Herbal tea and disposable cups provided*Venue: The St. Paul Yoga CenterEnergy exchange: $15
