About this event

Ample Hills was the first shop in NYC to make ice cream so local that the milk is pasteurized in their own factory, and all mix-ins are made entirely in-house! A lot has changed since Ample Hills first opened over a decade ago, but the ice cream is still among the best you can find in New York and beyond!

We’ll meet at 305 Nevins Street at 6pm and spend 2 hours learning the ins and outs of ice cream making, churning our very own masterpiece, and taste-testing a variety of Ample Hills offerings.

If anyone is interested in attending and has specific dietary requirements, please let me know and I’ll speak to the event coordinator to see if they can accommodate!

See you on the 28th! I’ll bring the Lactaids :)
