Stacie believes that it is her life purpose to share the gift of Yoga and Wellness with anyone who is willing to say yes. In addition to raising a family and being an advocate for those with disabilities, Stacie is founder of Embracing Spirit Yoga. Bringing her depth of compassion to the mat--or the chair--she offers students the opportunity to grow as an individual in all aspects of their life.With over nine years experience, Stacie Wyatt is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance--RYT E-200, doTERRA Wellness Advocate, Life Wellness Coach, Senior YogaFit Instructor, Mind/Body Personal trainer, Stress Reduction and Meditation Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Barre Instructor. Stacie is also certified in Integrative Movement Therapy™. She is trained in Touch Therapy and can offer hand and foot massage to her clients and is also level 1 Healing Beyond Borders Energy work certified.By combining Yoga and a deep sense of acceptance into her teaching style, Stacie demonstrates passion in developing a partnership with each person to help create a strong sense of self. While encouraging each person to grow to their unique potential, Stacie recognizes each individual to be unlimited and is supportive in their practice on the mat and off the mat. Stacie helps individuals to find within themselves their purpose and passion for life.

In fact, the postage stamp-sized olfactory lobe, which is in charge of smell, is also part of the limbic system, which manages emotions and long-term memories. Imagine drifting off in a cloud of aromatic nostalgic happiness while crafting a delightful personal essential oil blend. Doesn’t it seem lovely?Join me in my yoga studio for a workshop to learn the basics of blending and how creating something mindfully can become an art that anyone can create that will enhance your mind, body and spirit.Cost: 15.00, includes a custom blend of oils
