Kailin is an organizational consultant specialized in leadership and career development. She has over 15 years work experience in Silicon Valley across various job functions including technical marketing, business development, sales enablement, program management, and software engineering.  Kailin has numerous credentials, certificates, and publications and is enthusiastic and experienced in consulting for leadership/career development, work motivation, team dynamics, employee engagement, and strength/personality assessment. She enjoys facilitating high-impact changes and helping organizations and people grow towards greater potentials. She has a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Psychology and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.
