Event Details:Have you ever felt like taking time for self care just wasn&#x27;t practical? Like sure, in a perfect world of course you&#x27;d be able to take days off and do the things that brought you joy and made you feel more at ease. But life just seems to get busier and busier, leaving no room for rest let alone relaxation. If you have ever felt this way, this interactive workshop that I&#x27;ll be hosting on Saturday September 24th at 10am is for you!I&#x27;ll be walking you through how to utilize self care as a tool to build mental and emotional resilience in an unrelenting world.The workshop is designed to help you:<ul><li>Identify what self care is to you.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify the barriers that are preventing you from being consistent with your self care.</li></ul><ul><li>Create a weekly self care routine that is realistic for your life style.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide you with community and accountability.</li></ul>All participants will receive downloadable worksheets and a welcome gift from me.In an effort to keep the virtual experience intimate so everyone can get the assistance they need, only 10 spots will be available.
