Anastasia Strokova is a plant-based National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach residing in Washington Country, Arkansas, who has been applying principles of health and nutrition in her own life for over a decade. She is a Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine certified Food for Life instructor, teaching nutrition and cooking classes throughout her community. Anastasia offers nutrition and health coaching to clients and families and conducts special events including workshops, seminars, and food store tours.
