同时也是一位践行并受益于《无形智慧》的企业家。邱总经营十几年间企业一直都处于不瘟不火的状态，直到14年遇到并践行无形智慧，公司开始稳固的发展，从原来的200人到如今1300多人的团队，从原来的门可罗雀到现在的顾客盈门，“向上向善”的企业文化基因已经深深的扎根在每一个企业人的心中，体现在他们每时每刻的工作生活中，而这些大都是无为而为的状态下完成的。
Mr Qiu is an entrepreneur who has been practicing and benefiting from the “Invisible Wisdom”. Mr Qiu had been operating his business for more than 10 years, but his business had not been flourishing until he started to learn and practise the “Invisible Wisdom” in 2014. Since then, his company has been thriving, and his staff size has grown from 200 to 1,300. His chain restaurants become increasingly popular and customers are often queuing at his restaurants. The company culture of “be committed, be benevolent” has been rooted deeply in the heart of every employee, and reflected in their work and life. And all these were achieved without implementing any additional management tactics.

变化的浮尘越来越迷了人的慧眼，这使得人们不是活在因对过去各种抉择的失误而引发的悔恨当中，就是活在对当下的抱怨当中。人们努力地追求快乐，却紧紧的缠裹在用自己吐的烦恼丝中，无有穷尽的纠结……
The fast-evolving society has blocked our eyes for wisdom. As a consequence, many of us either live in regrets for the wrong decisions made in the past or complaining about the current situations. We work hard and crave for happiness, but are often surrounded by troubles and worries, with endless confusions and dilemmas.
每天周而复始的重复“又”，人们的心正日益、逐步变得麻木和不觉，迷茫和不安；外在的世界越来越没有机会让人内在的心灵回归宁静、祥和，这也使本俱的幸福感大量的流失……
While we are repeating the everyday chores, our hearts are gradually becoming numb and insensitive, confused and worried; the opportunities for our hearts to restore peace and harmony from the external world is diminishing… 
若不能从根本上修为自己，那么自己的命运何尝不是茫茫大海上的一片浮萍，随着际遇的浪涛，起起伏伏呢？
