Join us for Sue Ballew St. Clair's presentation on how racism affects and harms the human spirit, and a performance by CAPITA Productions

The focus of this presentation will be on racism and how it affects and harms the spirit of man - both Black and White - in America. Racism was embedded into the very foundation of America&#x27;s beginning and therefore became an essential part of the development of its educational, religious, political and judicial systems, as well as housing and healthcare. It therefore became seeded into everyone born and raised in America. We will dive deeper into how this affects Blacks in this country, but also how it affects the spiritual health and well-being of Whites.The event will begin with a performance by local community theater artists of CAPITA Productions.Register to attend in person at the Whitefish Bay Public Library. She has a Master of Science degree in nursing and in international public health. She is focused on addressing the most vital and challenging issue (racism) in this country and the importance of centering the roles of people of African descent, the Pupil of the Eye, in the work of the Faith.<a href="https://capitaproductions.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CAPITA Productions</a>, which stands for “City at Peace in the Arts,” is a Milwaukee community theater nonprofit. Their goal is to draw from all areas of the community to foster multicultural awareness and racial harmony through community theater. Since its inception, CAPITA has worked to bring together people of diverse ages, races and backgrounds to provide an example of how the community can work together.
