Sound Bowl Meditation with Julia in benefit of See The World EducationSound Bath Healing at Sunset on the Water:We will be cruising around Biscayne Bay at Sunset to a quiet location where we will park the two story tiki boat in a spot with a beautiful view of the city where Julia will provide Sound Healing. The Singing Bowls will be illuminated in the night on the water. Wine and hors d’oeurves will be included. All proceeds go towards helping individuals with disabilities to provide these inclusive opportunities. Sound Bath Healing offers several benefits:· Reduces Stress and anxiety· Improves Circulation and Improve Blood Flow· Deep Relaxation and Pain Relief· Increase Mental and emotional Clarity· Promotes Stillness , Happiness and well beingMusic and sound are two very powerful tools that have been used for centuries to celebrate or commemorate moments; they affect our emotions in various ways depending on the lyrics or the vibration of what is being played.In sound therapy, when the sound waves reach our ears, they travel directly to our brain, and from there those waves are delivered to the rest of our body triggering responses, releasing hormones and chemicals that affect both our bodies and our emotions.The goal of this Sound Bath Healing is to quiet the mind and relax the whole body to accomplish a state of bliss. About our Healer: Julia @L.A.D.U HealingJulia is a generational energy healer who began the practice of energy healing in childhood. She was taught by her grandmothers, as she grew up in a family where energy healing, energy cleansing, and alternative medicine were a priority. Through her life-long spiritual practice, Julia has acquired a lot of spiritual knowledge traveling all over the world, visiting an ashram in India, and studying with many teachers. Divine healing, healing through words and channeling, is Julia’s main tools to provide healing to the world.The boat leaves at 7:30 p.m. please arrive in advance. When pulling in the Shucker's Restaurant area, keep Best Western hotel on your left to reach the dock area, follow signs for Captain Joe’s. Parking free in front of dock area.All proceeds go towards providing classes for free for individuals with disabilities. All classes are inclusive and individuals with disabilities attend the classes for free sponsored by the ticketed purchases.Please feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks. 21+ event only, must sign release of liability waiver at event for entry on boat, and purchase of ticket agreement to terms and is considered release of liability for See The World Education . Please wear comfortable clothing. Recommendation: bring a yoga mat, small pillow and/or blanket to lay down and get the full experience! Refunds for emergencies only; contact event coordinator. Boat is covered and will be wiped dry in light rain. You will be offered a ticket to a make up event if rained out or poor weather, event will be rescheduled and you will be contacted in advance via email or phone.
