VIP: Very in Progress programming supports and showcases both performers and performances in development. It’s a place for artists to try shit out and take big swings with a Certified Good™ audience.

After discovering that America's sweetheart, Judy Garland, was in a minstrel show two years before starring in The Wizard of Oz, Kristin was engendered with a new Black lady anger. "White Time” is her gift receipt to the Jim Crow era and to past &amp; present pop culture. It’s the right time for "White Time": an hour of Whiteface Minstrel, Stand-up, &amp; Sketches. *Butterfly meme* Is this reparations?Featuring Brandon KellyBorn in Washington, DC, Kristin Lynne Wallace is a Scooby-Doo purist (anti Scrappy Doo) that loves shucking oysters on the beach and making politically charged jokes about her experience as a Black woman in America. Kristin began performing professionally while living in New Orleans; first as a rapper in a group called Chilldren, then eventually solo as a standup comic. Now based in East Los Angeles, Kristin writes for a children's television show while practicing catharsis through clowning and standup. Healing for her, funny for you.Doors at 7 PM, Show at 7:30 PMShows start no later than 10 MINUTES after the scheduled show time.
