It&#x27;s been a trying few years and a new year is coming and usually people wait to start their resolutions for a healthier lifestyle during the New Year. What happens is that it causes procrastination or no follow through. However, if you start now you are already setting the tone for the type of New year you truly want to have. Come join us on Wellness Sundays at Arties For Arties. It will be held every Sunday for 4 weeks to put you on the right path of a healthier you. This course will target your physical agility, mental health and spiritual with Instructor Tanairi Clavijo and your ability to connect socially with Ragdira Garcia. Lets begin the New Year right even before it starts:0) 
Each class is $10 
complete 4 weeks registration $40
