Based on his book, The Practice of Love, Lair has synthesized ancient Eastern-based practices and Western-based clinical techniques to create what he calls the essential practices of love. These techniques have helped literally thousands of his students create deeper, stronger, and more fulfilling bonds with their partners. Deepen Your Intimacy and Strengthen Your ConnectionIn this six-week workshop/intensive hosted and taught by Lair, you&#x27;ll build greater empathy, compassion, and understanding within your relationship. You will learn that, like so many of the things you want to do well, love too should and can become a practice. This course offers you the essential tools necessary to de-escalate during stressful periods, communicate effectively even over historically challenging issues, reignite the spark, love on a deeper level and make the space between you are your partner a safe and connective place. The practices offered in this workshop/intensive are designed to be sophisticated enough to treat the difficult issues couples face, while simultaneously simple enough to be used when you are triggered and emotions are running high. At the end of the six weeks, you will have all you need to transform your relationship for the long hall. The only thing Lair requires from his attendees is that you “want to”. In his clinical opinion, you have to want to do the work and you have to want to with the person you are currently with.
