Group bike rides in and around Fairfax County that are casual, friendly and often informative .

Bruce Wright of FABB will lead a 13-mile ride through north Reston on Sunday, August 28 starting at 10 a.m. We&#x27;ll ride on trails, bike lanes, and some neighborhood streets, with frequent stops to discuss points of interest including: the infamous Monkey House, the Bowman Mansion and the former site of the Virginia Gentleman distillery, Browns Chapel, the Route 7 trail under construction, Lake Fairfax Park, etc.<a href="https://ridewithgps.com/routes/40658652" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">See the route on RideWithGPS</a>.Meet at 9:45 a.m. in the parking lot of Isaac Newton Square located just north of the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station. We will ride slowly as a group. There are some hills on the route. If we split up we will regroup.Helmets are required. All riders must sign a liabilty waiver. Rain date: Sept. 4. If there is a chance of rain, check your email for ride updates.
