Group bike rides in and around Fairfax County that are casual, friendly and often informative .

Bruce Wright of FABB will lead a 13-mile ride through north Reston on Sunday, August 28 starting at 10 a.m. We'll ride on trails, bike lanes, and some neighborhood streets, with frequent stops to discuss points of interest including: the infamous Monkey House, the Bowman Mansion and the former site of the Virginia Gentleman distillery, Browns Chapel, the Route 7 trail under construction, Lake Fairfax Park, etc.<a href="https://ridewithgps.com/routes/40658652" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">See the route on RideWithGPS</a>.Meet at 9:45 a.m. in the parking lot of Isaac Newton Square located just north of the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station. We will ride slowly as a group. There are some hills on the route. If we split up we will regroup.Helmets are required. All riders must sign a liabilty waiver. Rain date: Sept. 4. If there is a chance of rain, check your email for ride updates.
