Our first hybrid seminar will be entitled "Postdoc to faculty" and it will take place on Aug, 23th, from 5 to 6 pm in the Boston University.

Our first hybrid seminar in the BPDA CareerSpeak Series will be entitled "Postdoc to Faculty." It will take place August 23rd from 5-6pm at Boston University. This seminar series will host a panel of successfully hired young PIs. They will share their experience with writing research grants and finding an institution that complemented their own research portfolio.The first guest of this series is Dr. Yvon Woappi, who will share his personal and biomedical journey from being a graduate student, to winning a K99/R00, to landing a faculty position at Columbia University Irving Medical Center.Refreshments will be provided to all in-person attendees. We are looking forward to meeting you all.
