Book Brigade Book Club Session: 6th to 8th Grade

Burst Into Books! is a leveled reading organization that is geared towards children from ages 6 months to 18 years old. Your child will develop a love for literature through reading circles, book clubs and family centered events. Once a month, six book clubs will meet that are grouped by age (i.e. 6 months to 3 years old; 4 - 7 years old; 8 - 10 years old; and 11 - 13 years old; and high school). Each group is led by an experienced educator that will help each child engage with the text through multiple ways.

<p>Preteens are introduced to a variety of genres for their focus books. Through debates, group discussions and interactive activities participants deepen their understanding of the text.  A guest who is connected to literacy is present at each book club session too.</p>
