Movement meditation practice for QTPOC (queer and trans people of color), meeting on the 2nd Sunday every month

This meditation is intended to nurture intuitive movement. Tap into the wisdom of your spirit-body and create a more spacious presence within your vessel.Participants will be invited to engage in breathwork, stretching, wiggling, dancing, movin’ &amp; groovin' during our time together. We will close out with room for reflection and communal processing.T﻿hese classes are virtual and take place on Zoom.-﻿-----E﻿ach QTPoC Meditation practice is co-led by two community members. To join our teaching team, email dom@restforresistance.com. Please also consider joining us on the last Thursday of each month for stillness meditation practice.
