Nature Journal Meet up - August 24 (Wed)

Nature journaling is the practice of drawing or writing in response to nature; recording observations, thoughts, feelings, and images. By practicing nature journaling, you nurture your attention, creativity and build critical thinking and scientific skills. Plus the experience is fun and relaxing.

Stough Canyon Nature Center

We&#x27;ll have bird feathers and bird books for reference. In prep of our meet up, please <a href="https://burbanknjc.blogspot.com/2022/08/august-meet-up-handout-bird-anatomy-and.html" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">download the handout on Bird Anatomy and Feathers</a>. 9:00AM meet time. Stay as long as you would like, meet scheduled until 11:30am. Possibly no CELL COVERAGE. There are public flush toilets. Bring water and snacks, and of course your drawing supplies. We will have 2 card tables. Plan ahead: Please do not leave any valuables in your vehicle. Park and walk across bridge and walk around to the right side of building and meet on the side patio.
