Simply-Helping Retreats offer: guided meditations, gentle yoga, aerial yoga for beginners, slow movement practices, energy work, quiet time, creative projects, sound baths and crystal healing sessions on and off the beach.


Simply-Helping Retreats holds space for each guest to experience their own profound personal transformation. Our retreats are designed to support your holistic healing experience while promoting a deeper connection with your mind, body, and spirit. As a guest, you will have the time and space to experience and process your thoughts and feelings either alone or in harmony with the other retreat guests.


We will spend as much time on the beach as weather and time permit. When booked in advance, we can take a kayaking tour to a small island, rent a pontoon boat so we can float down the Intracoastal to a different small island for relaxing, walking & shell collecting or just spend time on the beach relaxing. We are located just 14 miles up the road and visit the ocean daily!!


What to expect:


On the beach or on our property, we will experience group healing sessions to align your chakras and to clear each of your “bodies”: your physical body, your emotional body, your mental body, and your energetic body. This will allow you to relax and release "karmic patterns" and “thoughts” you may be holding onto from last month, last year, childhood or a karmic pattern you’ve carried forward from a previous lifetime.


Whether you’re starting on day one or day ninety-one, taking this time to slow down and heal, will help you open up to all that is possible as you move forward in this lifetime.


Holly loves working with clients on Zoom (individually or in a group) but hosting retreats allows her to work in person with each of you. She is a 500hr RYT & a 250hr RAYT who loves getting back to basics with both yoga practices. She has also been studying energy healing techniques for over 14 years.


Holly shares the tools and techniques that you will experience so that you may continue to use them on your own or with her guidance long after your retreat is over. She hosts monthly healing circles like the ones you will experience at a retreat and she offers discounted membership options to those who choose to continue healing with her guidance.


During your stay, you can participate as little or as much as you would like. You can sit in nature, take time to read a book or snuggle our fur baby.


However you spend your time at a Simply-Helping Retreat, you will leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and more connected with your soul/higher self. Allowing you to look at your life from a more balanced and open perspective.


Below is a "sample" schedule of what Simply-Helpings Summer Retreats offer. We tweak each retreat based on the individual group and weather.

**If we book in advance, we can take a kayaking tour one morning or afternoon depending on tides. We will pack a picnic breakfast & lunch to bring with us.

*09:30 Gentle yoga/movement class

*10:30 Group healing circle

*11:30 Karma yoga (time spent as a group or solo)


**Sunny days we will pack our lunch & head to the beach for the afternoon or if we plan in advance, we will rent a pontoon boat ($100/person) to float down the Intracoastal to a lil beach where we can relax, float, collect shells, and heal!

*13:00 Creative project for you and your inner child

*16:00 Yoga/movement or Aerial yoga class

*17:00 Karma yoga (time spent as a group or solo)

*18:30 Dinner

*19:30 Evening meditation and energy healing/clearing, sound bath onsite or back to the beach!

*09:30 Hatha yoga/movement class

*10:30 Group healing circle to remove excess energy or doubts before heading home

Schedule is adjustable based on the group, weather, and time available.


We offer a $50 discount to each booking when you book with one or two friends and a $75/booking discount if you bring three or more friends.

Holly’s home is very well suited for a retreat. There was a good bit of stretching and yoga, but that wasn’t all. So! You remember that I told you that it was my first time doing the Chakras thing, right?!OMG! So, I was impressed when you told me that I had a lot on my right shoulder; which, I didn't tell you at the moment that it has been hurting A LOT for the past 9 months!
