About this event

  • 1 hour

We are a Progressive Christian consulting firm specializing in Leadership Development and Organizational Change for congregations and faith communities. Our signature product is a consulting package that asks congregations to think beyond DEI by bridging the gap between mission and the look and feel of the institution from diverse perspectives.

We have a secondary goal of building a community of clergy, lay leaders, educators, retired clergy, and seminarians working on behalf of social justice.

In May, I am offering a series of programs which will include information, networking, and creative problem solving. My hope is that clergy and lay leaders from the same congregation will attend the programs together to jumpstart or continue making changes back at home.

These are my May offerings:

  1. “What if the Church … ?”: How churches can fulfill the call to become safe havens for LGBTQ+ youth. Saturday, May 18th - 9am-noon
  2. “I’d Rather Herd Cats!”: Creating an anti-racist vision for my PWI (Predominately White Institution) congregation. Thursday, May 23rd - 9am - noon
  3. "Beyond These Church Walls ...": Ministering to the Unchurched and the Marginalized. Friday, May 31st - 9am - noon

All meetings will be held on Zoom.

After a presentation on the topic, participants will work in small groups to strategize and report back to the larger group.

For $75, an All-Access Pass entitles you to:

  1. Bring up to four participants from your leadership team to one or all of the programs
  2. All program recordings and notes
  3. And, written reports summarizing the event's proceedings

Please note that each participant will also have to register for the diferent events on Zoom to receive a unique Zoom link.
