UTP would like to invite you to a thank you celebration in your honor to express our gratitude for the invaluable support you have provided to apprentices over the past 9 months. Come out to mingle and meet other UTP mentors and enjoy the beautiful Chinese Lantern Festival.
Only UTP mentors can attend for free. Any guests or apprentices who would like to attend can do so at the discounted rate of $11.50 for adults $10.50 for children.

DIRECTIONS:
Franklin Square is located two blocks from the Independence Visitor Center and Liberty Bell Center at 6th & Race Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106.
The Square is accesible to and walkable from SEPTA's Regional Rail (to Jefferson Station) and Market-Frankford Blue Line (to 8th Street or 5th Street stops), and the PATCO High Speed Line (to 8th & Market Streets).
The Philadelphia Parking Authority has added a limited number of on-street parking spaces around Franklin Square.
Three-hour parking from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Sunday, is available along:
- 6th Street (Handicapped, motorcycle, and regular parking)
- Franklin Street (regular parking)
- Race Street (between Franklin Street & 7th Street) (regular parking).
- Parking along 7th Street is unavailable due to road construction.
- SEPTA Route 47 boarding along 7th is temporarily discontinued due to road construction.
Please board/disembark at 7th & Arch Streets or 7th & Vine Streets.
Pay at the adjacent parking kiosk. Please pay attention to parking boundaries as bus stops tow away zones exist adjacent to these parking areas. Parking IS NOT ALLOWED along Race Street between 6th & 7th Streets.
