Yes, vendors can share a 10' x 10' space if they choose.

Can products be shipped to hotel?

Any exhibitor needing to ship product can do so. Please reach out via email detailing product, the quantity, date youd like to ship product. (Note: RTB Expo nor Hotel are responsible for missing, lost or damaged shipped items)

Are vendor fees refundable?

Vendor fees are non-refundable except in a situation beyond RTBs control.
