This event will take place on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm.
We aim to continue connecting our communities to resources, specifically those living at Historic Paul Laurence Dunbar Senior Apartments, Silver Palm Place Apartments, Royal Palm Place Senior Apartments (located on Tamarind and 15th), and in the surrounding 33407 communities by reminding our residents about the various accessible/free services and resources offered by different local organizations and to continue establishing relationships between organizations.
All vendors should be providing information on services they offer to the community at no cost. This event is not for selling purposes, so no sales should be made during the event.
If your organization would like to participate in our fair, by having a booth, and providing information to residents about the wonderful services you offer, please join us!
There is NO CHARGE to have a vendor booth. Vendor booth location information will be provided at a closer date.
DEADLINE: Last day to sign up is July 12, 2024 @ 4:30pm
CANCELLATIONS: Vendors may cancel before July 17, 2024.
SET UP: Begins at 3:30pm. You don't need to get here that early, but we ask that you make sure you give yourself enough time so that you are fully set up and ready to go by 4:30pm.
WHAT TO BRING: Each organization must provide its own table/chairs and consider bringing a pop-up tent (no larger than 10x10) to shade you from the sun or in case it rains. This is also a back-to-school event; all agencies are welcome to provide school supplies (pens, pencils, notepads, etc.) to families. Also, if you want to bring snacks or light refreshments for the kids, you could do it. (This is not mandatory.)
