About this Event

3FN's EAVE series aims to educate the community on all aspects of Foster Care from start to finish, providing the "protection" necessary to help children and families from tough places. The 4-part series will culminate in a Foster Care Volunteer Training, designed for all who would like to support foster families and foster youth.

Part 1 - Foster Care: A Historical Perspective - 1/19

A lesson dating back to slavery including laws around child welfare and the impact of racism.
