Class Experience

Let’s get hands-on to create a green future with 3D printing pens, computer aided design, and the immersive world of Minecraft. We’ll collaborate to solve real-world challenges like planet-friendly farming, sustainable transportation, and renewable energy. We’ll experiment with playdoh, bubble wands, and 3D designed geometric shapes like triangles, pentagons, and hexagons to test structural integrity, and create sustainable structures like water filtering mountains and windmills in Tinkercad. This camp combines hands-on building and drawing with a 3D printing pen with the imaginative power of Tinkercad and Minecraft to bring your wildest sustainable ideas to life. If you like to explore, craft stories, and build amazing creations, this is your camp.

All About Hands-On

Every day of STEM Camp brings new hands-on STEAM projects, creativity, discovery, games, and lots of outdoor play! Every week of STEM Camp features hands-on STEAM crafts and introductions/skill-building in Scratch coding and 3D design. Games include: Capture the Flag Laser Tag, Water Balloon Olympics, soccer shootout, mafia, escape the room, red light green light, Scavenger Hunts!

Your Favorite Characters & Stories

We’ll create daily projects inspired by our favorite characters and stories from Disney, Lego, Marvel, and Pixar and games like Pokemon, Mario, Bed Wars, Geometry Dash, Animal Crossing, and Among Us. And we’ll create lifetime memories with our daily camp traditions like DJ Playlist Day, Rainbow True Colors Day, and Hero Day.

Earn Badges & Challenge Coins

We’ll take on daily Quest Challenges by joining Team Fiero or Team Flow, seeking our personal best, with help from new friends. We’ll work on the hero within as we earn Challenge sticker badge achievements for our Character Cards for every project we create like Courage, Problem Solver, Upstander and Changemaker.

Learn & Grow

Creative collaboration gives us opportunities for social emotional development and confidence building. Project problem-solving helps us practice executive functioning skills like decision-making, organization, patience, and self-awareness. (STEAM: science, tech, engineering, arts, math)
