Join us at a beautiful estate in Montecito, CA to relax, drink some tea, and cultivate spiritual community all while learning, growing, and expanding our hearts and illuminating our minds.Each event there will be a different TEA-ching. This could be in the form of somatic healing, breathework, meditation, and much more. We will explore different healing modalities to raise our vibration and heal the mind, body, and spirit. Then we will close with a short mantra meditation session for about 10 minutes.The teachings and practices you learn will change not only your spiritual life but also your day to day life. The way you think, reflect, and how you respond to daily stressors such as anxiety, frustration, doubts, fear, worry and other triggers.These teachings are for ALL irrespective of your spiritual disposition and background. We will practice in a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming space.:: COST ::This event is donation based. Suggested donation is $21. Donations are not required to participate and 100% of donations go towards making more events like this for our community. Space is limited, so please RSVP if you wish to attend. RSVP closes 24 hours prior to event start time.:: LOCATION ::Private Residence. Location and arrival instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to event start.D﻿depending on the weather we may be outside or inside.
