Flower Stamping Workshop

Firefly Life Coaching works in mindset coaching to dig deep into what you’re clinging to in comfort- to propel you to a place that might feel scary or even uncomfortable, but in line with your dreams. Sarah offers a safe container to express these fears and overcome them, to connect you to your truest self.Sarah is a graduate of MICA with a BFA in General Fine Arts and an MA in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore. As an artist she has shown nationally in both solo and group shows and worked in collectives both in dance and art practice. She has been practicing embroidery as her main form for artistic expression for the past 10 years, sometimes she paints. She has studied coaching since 2017 doesn't plan on stoping anytime soon.

Come out to NoMüNoMü for a Flower Stamping Workshop with Artist and Life Coach, Sarah Magida!Participants will explore the amazing print qualities of flowers and leaves and will leave with a completed shirt and instructions for creating on their own flower stamped shirt and a wooden mallet.Flowers that can be grown in any garden will be provided to participants to stamp onto cotton t-shirts. The magic of plants will be explored and information on growing will be given. Exploration in design and materials are encouraged.All materials are provided, so please register in advance and an email will be sent to get your shirt size, so that your cotton shirt can be ready.
