Organized by Grandall Law Firm, the 2017 Grandall Law Firm Cross-Border Investment and M&A Conference is designed to offer an insightful and informative discussion on the topics of Technology Collaboration as well as Investment and M&A in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Fintech, Big Data and Internet of Things. The Conference invited VC investors, experts from best law firms including Grandall partner, financial service firms and scholars from Stanford University to share their perspectives and insights.   The discussion will be centered around the current cross-border investment environment and future trends to help investors and businesses to explore the challenges and opportunities. The Conference also aims to provide the attendees a basic understanding of the regulations and laws affecting cross-border transactions. There will also be a Lucky Draw during the conference.
