<p>This class is designed to focus on meditative movements. There will be an emphasis on calming and restoring both your body and mind. The flow is low impact with longer held poses combined with intentional breathing. It is suitable for all levels and abilities. </p><p>*Mats &amp; Props are very limited, please bring what you need for your practice. </p>
