Museum of Reclaimed Urban 10th Anniversary Gala

The Museum of Reclaimed Urban Space partners with Time's Up!  environmental organization to host a number of free events in NYC. We host weekly community garden volunteer days, sustainable living workshops, and bike rides throughout the city. All of these events arefree!The Museum of Reclaimed Space is located at 155 Ave C between 9th and 10th St in Manhattan. We are open 12-5PM every day except for Mondays and Tuesdays. Time's Up! has a Brooklyn space that is used for weekly bike workshops at 99 S 6th St.Join us to save the planet while  building community!

Join us to celebrate ten years of direct action and preserving the history of grassroots activism at Nublu on September 11, 2022 from 5-9pm!

<h3>For ten years, the Museum of Reclaimed Urban Space has worked to preserve the history of grassroots activism. </h3><h3>In addition to hosting workshops, collaborating with schools and colleges, and working with other museums, MoRUS has inspired a younger generation to create a new revolution of reclaiming their history and recreating their public urban space in a more sustainable, community-oriented way.</h3><h3></h3><h2><em><strong>Join us to celebrate 10 years of direct action, 5pm - 9pm at Nublu on September 11, 2022. </strong></em></h2><h2></h2><h2>We will have DJ Dany Johnson, former DJ at Club 57 and  Pinc Louds playing our event at the nightclub Nublu at 151 Ave C, NY, NY 10009.</h2><h2>(https://www.pinclouds.com)</h2><h3> </h3><h2>Ticketing Information</h2><p><em>The suggested ticket price is $50.00. </em>We have a sliding ticket scale with increments of 10 dollars to celebrate  the museums 10 years!  We won't turn away anyone at the door, we want everyone to celebrate with us. </p><ul><li><strong>5 Year Member $100: </strong>Admission, complimentary 5 year museum membership, tour guided by founder Bill DiPaola, and a 10th Anniversary Book. </li><li><strong>Museum Patron $50 </strong><strong><em>(suggested)</em></strong><strong>: </strong>Admission plus a complimentary one year museum membership, a tour of the museum by director and founder Bill DiPaola, and a 10th Anniversary Book. </li><li><strong>Museum Supporter $40: </strong>Admission plus a complimentary one year museum membership and a 10th Anniversary Book</li><li><strong>Friend of the Museum $30:</strong> Admission plus a complimentary one year museum membership.</li><li><strong>General Admission $20</strong></li></ul><p></p>
