<p>Currently, less than 2% of philanthropic donations support women and girls.  Even worse, less than .02% of all philanthropic funds explicitly support Black women and girls. To change this, research shows that women need to see themselves as philanthropists and be exposed to more diverse ways of giving. This presentation will dive into the data about women and philanthropy and how development professionals take actionable steps to inspire change.</p><p>Pending Approval for 1.25 CFRE CE credits.</p>
