We are also a neighborhood cultural institution focused on connecting the past to the present through educational, environmental, and arts programming all year round.

Learn multiple dye-making methods for Japanese indigo and giant marigolds, cultivated in Washington Park by local artist, Iviva Olenick in collaboration with Director of Gardens, Sam Lewis. All materials provided. Sponsored in part by a Greater New York Arts Development Fund grant from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, administered by the Brooklyn Arts Council (BAC).Our rain date is Sunday, August 28, 10 am-12 pm.
