Wellness and Nutrition

Brightside Up's collection of wellness and nutrition training is designed to help child care providers create healthy and active spaces for children to grow and thrive.

<p>Brightside Up will be developing a new nutrition and wellness program and we would love your input! Your wants and needs are important to us and the services we offer.  Please join us for a Food for Thought Focus Group where you can share your successes and challenges promoting healthy food and movement with children, staff and families. </p><p>Gather with other child care program leaders for a chance to enjoy a build-your-own-bowl meal including Mediterranean, Indian, Asian or Southwestern flair. Your ideas are important to meet our community’s needs. We look forward to seeing you there!</p>
