She comes to EY after 20-plus years working in roles and industries, most recently at Kraft Heinz, where she served on the executive leadership teams in IT, with a focus on HR Technology, and Global Shared Services. Michelle’s role in Global HR Technology included building and executing a digital roadmap and serving as the global platform owner of Servicenow, Workday, as well as all global time and attendance and payroll tools. <h3>Panel Discussion</h3>Joe Dettmann, Ph.D., our facilitator, is Principal and Leader in People Advisory Services for EY.Joe works with boards, executive teams, HR and other leaders to help them create and protect value through people, largely through developing leaders, evolving corporate culture, change management, talent management, and people data and technology. With a focus on measurement and driving behavior change at scale, Joe often leads this work during business transformations and corporate transactions. In her previous role as Vice President, Talent Acquisition-EEO Diversity &amp; Workforce Solutions for Henry Ford Health System, Jan oversaw talent acquisition and workforce diversity initiatives and deployed a workforce development strategy to align diversity initiatives across the organization while removing barriers to employment and promotion.Lindsey Leonardis, Senior Human Resources Consultant, HR Solutions Group of West MichiganLindsey uses a collaborative approach to build sound strategies, practices, and policies that positively impact business results and deliver success in Human Resources. Her more than 20 years of professional human resources experience includes being promoted through the HR ranks at nationally recognized organizations in diverse industries, including ARAMARK, Campbell Soup Company, Pepsi and Amway. She has expertise in the areas of business partnership, performance management, talent development, employee engagement and organizational design.Shawn O’Farrell, Area Lead, Manufacturing Technical Services and Automation, DISHERAt DISHER, a nationally recognized engineering, manufacturing technology and talent solutions firm based in Zeeland, Shawn partners with manufacturing leaders and teams to implement lean systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and automation solutions. He brings real-world experience in a wide range of disciplines including operations and supervisor leadership development, advanced manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, materials management, machine automation, and software/database development. He has served as facilitator, coach, speaker and individual mentor throughout the Midwest.
