Held at the tranquil Asilomar Conference Grounds in Monterey, this serene state park serves as a great background to brainstorm CCRH's annual strategic plan for the coming year. CCRH gives priority to applicants who are from low-income backgrounds and invested in uplifting rural communities through the development of affordable housing. <h2>BEFORE YOU REGISTER: Make sure to review our full COVID policy - Effective September 19, 2022.</h2>The health and safety of all participants (including speakers, Asilomar staff, attendees, volunteers, and CCRH staff) is our top priority. To protect our community, all participants are required to: •	At the registration table, provide proof of a negative COVID test within 24-48 hours of attending the Summit. Proof can be in the form of a cell phone snapshot of an antigen rapid test or a PCR report from a laboratory. •	If unable to present such proof on site, take an antigen rapid test provided for free by CCRH at the registration table. Those testing positive will not be allowed to attend the Summit and remain on the premises. •	Wear a KN95, KF94, or N95 mask indoors while not actively eating, drinking, or presenting. Attendees are expected to bring their own masks. A limited number of masks will be available on-site.•	If experiencing COVID-like symptoms within 24-48 hours prior to attending the Summit, or having been recently exposed, STAY HOME regardless of whether you test negative during that period<h3>Non-Compliance: Attendees who are unable or unwilling to comply with this policy are asked not to participate or will be removed from the event without a refund of any registration fees. No exceptions. No waivers. In the event the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and/or the State of California adopt more cautionary guidelines, we’ll adjust our policy in accordance.</h3><h3>Please note that indoor eating and drinking will be minimized and CCRH is exploring outdoor alternatives.
