职业规划座谈

我们大多拥有工程技术学位， 在美国公司有多年的从业背景。我们经历了从技术人员转为管理者的艰辛历程。我们深知公司文化对个体从业人员的影响，体会到职业规划对我们职业发展的重要性。过去几年我们遇到了很多职业发展初期的新校友。他们常常会问我什么样的员工会得到公司的赏识，公司选择什么样的人升迁，如何让上司注意到你的表现， 如何提升自己的能力，等等。为了回答这些问题，我们特地请了一些热心校友， 请他们把自己多年的职业发展以及晋升途径的经验分享给大家。希望对你们在职场初期或职业转变时期能有一定的参考价值。所以带上你们的问题， 我们一起来喝杯咖啡， 聊聊天。
