Women Writing for (a) Change Jacksonvilleis a growing community for Jacksonville writers. We focus primarily on women, but not exclusively. We strive to reach a diverse audience and to make our programs accessible to all, including all cultural groups, genders, and communities.

<h1>Writers’ Reception: Welcome home!</h1><h2> Welcome back to the community! Join us for this special gathering (in person) celebrating our women writers, both old and new.</h2><p>At this fun gathering of writers, after a long hot summer, you’ll be able to see your old writing friends again and hopefully meet new ones. You’ll learn more about our fall classes and programs and hear stories of women who have been transformed by our circles. You'll also meet our Board members, our Anthology team, and Faculty. You can also browse our anthologies and beautiful art journals; you can pick up one to write in this semester.</p><p>Returning writers: We've got a special gift just for you! Invite a friend and get a special gift for them and you.  New writers: Get Early Bird pricing on any classes you register for that night.   Let's enjoy the vibe of being together again!</p><p>Surround yourself community, in the company of dear friends—old and new. Join us!</p><p>Please note: This meeting will be held primarily outdoors to minimize safety risks. Please take reasonable precautions if attending; of course, stay home if not feeling well or recently exposed, and please wear a mask indoors or if you are not vaccinated. Thank you for continuing to care for this community.</p>
