Harvest Celebration

The Extension Botanic Garden houses over 1,000 native and desert-adapted plants cultivated by faculty, staff, and Master Gardener volunteers. This 7 acre campus exists to demonstrate both beauty and knowledge to the public, to foster a love for nature and science in Clark County youth, and to engage our volunteers in the practice of desert horticulture.

University of Nevada Extension

Join the UNR Extension Master Gardeners and horticulture team for a fall-themed harvest celebration in Las Vegas! - Try fall dishes made with Extension-grown ingredients - Visit the various stations around the garden for horticulture advice - Complete a scavenger hunt for prizes - View a Rose Show - Learn what to plant in the fall- And enjoy tea and cider around the garden! Space is limited, so please buy your tickets ahead of time! All participants ages 5 and older must have a ticket to attend. Gates open at 11.Children must be accompanied by an adult.
