Unfortunately, the topic can be overwhelming and it&#x27;s easy to decide it&#x27;s too late and that nothing will help. It&#x27;s not true! There are concrete measures to take. Learn the steps that will help you maintain control. Small businesses are not immune!Karen Kefauver is a social media coach, speaker and trainer with more than 10 years&#x27; experience teaching business owners and entrepreneurs how to use social media marketing to build brand authority, grow business and boost the bottom line. She&#x27;s a longtime instructor with the SBDC and understands the unique challenges of small business owners. Karen has lived in Santa Cruz since 1993 and launched her social media business in 2010.
