Join us for a preview of our signature Sculpt & Flow class using canned goods as weights that will be donated to the Food Bank of NC!

Strengthen Yourself. Y6 Sculpt &amp; Flow classes are the perfect blend of yoga and weight training . We are excited to bring this class to you with a spin that also allows for us to support our local community! In place of weights, we ask that you bring canned good or other requested items that we will collect after class and drop off at the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina. Our Y6 Sculpt &amp; Flow class is the best of both worlds —a total body workout plus a killer yoga vibe. Expect a fun playlist and loud, high energy music throughout.Donation items may be dropped off anytime during the week leading up to this class in the donation bins at Transfer Co. Food Hall or Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our information table in front of YogaSix Glenwood South! Here is a list of the most needed items from the Food Bank: Canned Fruits &amp; Veggies, Canned Meat, Canned Beans &amp; Soup, Cereal, Whole Grain Pasta &amp; Rice, Peanut Butter, Hygiene Items, Household Cleaning Items, Paper Products, Items for Infants &amp; Kids, Nutritional Shakes
