Taste of Latin America

The Portland Mercado-- a vibrant hub for Latin culture, food, and communimty is an initiative of Hacienda CDC and the hub for its Empresarios program, has supported hundreds of local small business owners since it was founded in 2015. Hacienda’s business advising initiative began in 2006 and expanded to the Portland Mercado where BIPOC and low-income entrepreneurs can access the resources they need most like, our sliding-scale commissary kitchen, affordable commercial space, and educational programming to start or scale their business.
