Pumping 101: Basics of pumping:<ul><li>returning to work, </li></ul><ul><li>storing and expressing milk, </li></ul><ul><li>traveling with breast milk,</li></ul><ul><li>different styles of breast pumps,</li></ul><ul><li>tips and tricks for expressing milk, </li></ul><ul><li>maintaining your pump hygienically, </li></ul><ul><li>returning to work,</li></ul><ul><li>the importance of flange sizing. </li></ul>Registration is $30 per attendee. No refunds.Pregnant attendees welcome and also postpartum parents. *Please no partners.Maximum class size is 8 parents. Please respect facility’s protocol on mask recommendations for guests. Attendees will receive an E-Book PDF file, class notes, and resources. Bring your breast pump so we can do education on how to assemble parts and some of your pump’s settings.
