LIFT &amp; AWS will Co-present Manufacturing day in partnership with Miller Electric to promote academic technology development, welding trades, diversity in technology and high school STEM pathways.1) Poster competition and technical paper delivery by university engineering students 2) Welding demonstration for all attendees 3) LIFT + AWS Industry Members tabling displays to meet, encourage and recruit emerging talentTime in EST	Agenda 
9:00am - 11:00am 	High School STEAM Tours + Welding Demonstration + Welding Exhibition- morning session
12:30pm - 2:00pm	High School STEAM Tours + Welding Demonstration + Welding Exhibition - afternoon session
10:00am - 10:15am	Welcome, Safety, Poster Competition, LIFT and AWS Introductions
10:15am - 12:00pm	Poster Competition Presentations 1-5 (20 min. each)
12:00pm - 12:40pm	Lunch 
12:40pm - 1:15pm 	LIFT High Bay Tour 
1:15pm-1:45pm	Wrap up Conversation AWS and LIFT
1:45pm- 2:00pm 	Awards Ceremony Including Scholarships and Prizes
