I stepped into a yoga studio over 11 years ago and it slowly started to transform me. I began attending trainings, workshops, and retreats that helped me become who I am today. As a Salvadoran-American with Mayan & Pipil roots, I want to show that Latinas can help heal others through ancestral practices and my very own mystical meditation.

Experience a meditative journey with optional plant medicine.Come together with new community, we’ll connect before we drop into our journey.Tap into your inner magic by going beyond mindfulness. Mystical meditation takes you through a journey of emotions. We’ll work with breath, visualizations, light physical movement, and work on grounding as we come back.We’ll end the experience with some beautiful sound healing directed to your chakras with crystal bowls, chimes, gong.Optional micro plant ceremony tea will be available for those that are pre-approved and screened.
