Metivta is a unique place for anyone interested in learning Jewish meditation, studying Jewish texts, and practicing the teachings that are at the heart of these disciplines. This year, on the New Moon of Elul, take time for yourself. Join Reb Tirzah and the Metivta Community for the precious opportunity to reclaim your inner stillness within a wise and loving community. The retreat will provide time to slow down, review the past year, study, reflect, and begin the gentle process of returning to your inner knowing. In this Sunday afternoon gathering, you will enjoy: Guided meditation, text study, sacred poetry and chanting, time to reflect, time to share.💜 Come and restore yourself! 💜This workshop will be held online via Zoom. Recording will be available to all who register. Advance registration is required. $54-$90 per person - please consider contributing more if your budget allows. This helps subsidize those who are unable and enables Metivta to continue bringing you these special events. 🙏You can make your donation via Paypal or credit or debit card.
