Experience Afro-Brazilian martial art teachings that develop strength, coordination, and discipline in our Family Capoeira session. Instruction is provided by the Brazilian Cultural Institute and is open to families of all sizes and skill levels. Register here.

Masks and social distancing are optional. We will continue to follow the guidelines and recommendations from the City of Houston, including encouraging all Houstonians to get vaccinated/boosters and to wear masks as desired.
