Hi, I’m Sarah! ADHD Coach, Creative Coach, and professional theatre artist (among other things). My training includes courses with MentorCoach, ADD Coach Academy, Academy for Coaching Excellence, and more, and I hold a certification from the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches. I combine my knowledge of creative brain wiring and effective coaching tools with my professional experience in the arts to provide a unique, holistic approach to helping my clients. Are your habitual ways of standing and sitting taking a toll on your body?Simple shifts in the way you move through your day can have a huge impact when it comes to avoiding pain and injury, building strength and bone density, and maintaining balance and mobility as you age.In this workshop, we’ll use the principles of Restorative Exercise to find a neutral body alignment that we can transfer into all our daily activities.Space is limited to 5 people, so register today!Can’t make it to this one?
