Hi, I’m Sarah! ADHD Coach, Creative Coach, and professional theatre artist (among other things). My training includes courses with MentorCoach, ADD Coach Academy, Academy for Coaching Excellence, and more, and I hold a certification from the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches. I combine my knowledge of creative brain wiring and effective coaching tools with my professional experience in the arts to provide a unique, holistic approach to helping my clients. Join Sarah DeGrave, RES-CPT and Pie Footwear for a series of outdoor workshops on topics ranging from foot health to whole-body alignment!

Are achy knees, hips, and back keeping you from enjoying the beauty of the outdoors?In this workshop, we will explore exercises aimed at strengthening and realigning the muscles around these key joints, as well as approaches to uphill and downhill walking that create a more balanced workload throughout your body.
