What is this class? In short, we are creating a safe and intentional container for you to hyperventilate and scream in.

The release is absolutely cathartic.

<h1>3 Parts. 60 Minutes. 500 Breaths.</h1><h2>Are you ready to change your everything?</h2>

<h3>Where are you? Where are you going? And who are you going to be when you get there?</h3>You will begin with a 15-minute grounding yoga flow, lead by Ethan. The intention is simple: root yourself into body and mind as firmly as possible so that you are ready to grow and spread outwards.<h3>From Here, your journey begins.</h3>You will be guided through a profound and potent 35-minute transformational breathwork session. The aim is a remembering of your true nature, and, once there, tapping into the subconscious mind to remove layers of limiting beliefs and fears surrounding your unique path.By the end of the session you will have gained clarity on your direction and accessed the courage to begin walking it.<h3>From There, it’s time to integrate.</h3>To close out, you will be guided through a short and powerful 10-minute meditation by Ethan.
